Terms and conditions of retreat
We are very excited to welcome you to our retreat. By booking you agree to the terms below.
 
Your health and wellbeing
Please ensure you complete our booking form and declare anything we need to know about your health, wellness, injuries and allergies. If anything changes between you booking and the retreat date you must inform us.
If you feel ill or unwell at any point during the retreat please seek medical attention. We can contact your emergency contact to help you.
Your health and wellbeing is your own responsibility so please do not take part in any activity you are not comfortable with, don't feel safe with or are unsure of instructions.
We are here to help and support you but you must take responsibility for your own actions and wellbeing.
 
Payment
All payments are none refundable but they are transferable to another person up to 48 hours before the retreat begins so long as you have the permission of the person you are sharing the room with then you can pass your place to a friend.
Please ensure you have your own travel insurance and then if there is any reason you cannot attend you will be able to claim on your travel insurance.
 
The venue
Hothorpe Halls and The Woodlands are not our venue and we have a contract with them for our accomodation, fascilities and food. If you have any issues please talk to us so we can inform the venue of any problems straight away. Yourself, your car and your belongings are brought to the venue at your own risk so please do not bring lots of valuables with you as you don't need them.
 
Cancelation policy
Places are non refundable but they are transferable to another person up to 48 hours before providing your sharing partner is ok with the replacement person. If we have to cancel the retreat before the retreat begins we will offer a full refund.
